Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, contact us at support@dallae.in. Once your return is approved, we’ll handle the return shipping and provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and record a clear video while opening the package. This video is mandatory to process any claims for:

  • Damaged products

  • Wrong items received

  • Missing contents

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@dallae.in with the unboxing video and photos attached.

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, damage-related return or refund requests will not be accepted.

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a suitable resolution—replacement, refund, or store credit.


Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We offer hassle-free exchanges on eligible items. If you'd like a different product or variation, please contact us at support@dallae.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return is approved and received, you may place a new order separately.

  • If the exchange item costs less than your original purchase, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, as per your preference.

  • If the exchange item costs more, you'll be required to pay the price difference before the new item is shipped.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded the full amount paid (including taxes) to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
